Shipping & Returns — Digital Delivery

1) Digital delivery (no shipping)

All products are digital software. There is no physical shipping. After purchase you receive download access and/or a license key with activation instructions.

2) How delivery works (via CopeCart)

1. You select a plan on our website and proceed to the secure CopeCart checkout.
2. After successful payment, CopeCart issues your invoice/receipt and confirms the order.
3. Download links and/or license access are provided immediately or within a short processing window.

Note: Delivery emails can land in spam; please check your spam/junk folder.

3) Delivery time

Digital access is generally instant after payment. In rare cases (manual checks, anti-fraud), delivery may take up to a few hours.

4) Returns & refunds for digital content

For digital software, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the waiver during CopeCart checkout (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

If you encounter technical problems (download issues, activation errors), contact us at [email protected] with your CopeCart order number. We’ll help with repair/replacement or a goodwill solution where appropriate.

5) Subscriptions

For subscriptions, access begins immediately after payment and the withdrawal right is likewise waived upon your explicit consent. You may cancel future renewals according to the terms shown during CopeCart checkout; already delivered periods are non-refundable.

6) VAT, invoices & billing

Taxes and final totals are calculated by CopeCart based on your billing country. Official invoices/receipts are provided by CopeCart via email after payment.
